Doesnt work

When I record in portrait I can never get the whole screen to show up the 1:1 is to short the 9:16 is to skinny and the 16:9 is to long. Im not sure if its because I have an iPad mini but I still want everyone to see the whole screen when I record and btw my YouTube Chanel is Perax Gaming and you could see in that video that you couldnt see the whole screen and its really annoying.
